We do not quote by the square foot. A 4,000 square foot medical office and a 4,000 square foot warehouse are not the same job, and pricing them the same way means somebody is getting a number that does not reflect the work.
Here is what we actually do.
First we come out and walk the property with you. We look at how the space is used, how much traffic it gets, what condition it is in, and what you actually need handled. Then we work out how long the job takes and how often it needs to happen, whether that is daily, a few nights a week, weekly, or monthly. That is what your price is built on.
From the walkthrough, you can usually expect your quote in about 24 hours.

Who Runs Jazz It Up Services
Jasmine Perez founded Jazz It Up Services in 2008. Before that she spent more than a decade in cleaning management at airport terminals, including LAX and John Wayne.
Airport terminal cleaning is a demanding environment. The building never closes, the standards are not negotiable, and the crew has to hit those standards every single shift with no room to slip. The systems Jasmine built there are the same ones behind how we scope, staff, and inspect every property we clean today.
