What Happens After You Contact Us
There are four steps and none of them involve a sales pitch.

We walk your property. This is free. We look at how the space is actually used, what condition it is in, how much traffic it gets, and what needs attention. This is the part most companies skip, and it is the reason our quotes reflect the real job.

You get a quote. Usually within about 24 hours of the walkthrough. It spells out what gets done, where, and how often, so nothing is left to interpretation later.

We start. On a schedule that works around your operation, not ours.
What to Have Ready
None of this is required, but having it handy makes the first call faster.
- The type of property and roughly how big it is, or how many units if it is an apartment community.
- How often you think you need service.
- Whether you already have a cleaning company and what is going wrong with them.

Are We the Right Fit?
We clean commercial property. Offices of any size, multi tenant office buildings, apartment communities, medical and professional offices, educational facilities, and warehouses. We work with business owners, office managers, and property managers.
We do not clean private residences, and we do not do specialty floor work such as stripping, waxing, or standalone carpet cleaning.
