What Our Office Cleaning Includes

Every office is scoped individually, so your exact list depends on your space and how often we come. Here is what a typical office cleaning covers.

Restrooms

Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, and floors cleaned and disinfected. Soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and liners restocked. Restrooms are the fastest way for an office to look neglected and they are the first thing we check on any inspection.

Break rooms and kitchens

Counters, sinks, tables, chairs, and the outside of appliances wiped down. Microwaves cleaned. Trash and recycling emptied and relined. Floors swept and mopped. If your team eats lunch at their desks instead, tell us during the walkthrough and we will shift that time somewhere more useful.

Workspaces and offices

Desks and surfaces dusted and wiped where they are clear, trash emptied, and general tidying of open areas. We work around personal items rather than moving paperwork or handling anything on someone's desk.

Common areas and conference rooms

Lobbies, hallways, reception, and meeting rooms. Tables wiped, chairs straightened, surfaces dusted, trash pulled. Conference rooms get attention before the start of the business day, not after, because an unclean conference room costs you in front of a client.

Floors and carpet

Vacuuming for carpet, sweeping and mopping for hard surfaces, and entry mats cleaned on every visit. For clients on a cleaning contract, we also handle carpet cleaning as part of the program on a schedule that fits the building. We do not take on specialty floor work such as stripping, waxing, and buffing, and we will tell you when your floors are due for that kind of service.

Glass, entryways, and high touch surfaces

Interior glass, entry doors, and partition glass cleaned of prints and smudges. Door handles, push plates, light switches, elevator buttons, and shared equipment surfaces wiped and disinfected. These are the details visitors notice without knowing they noticed.

Trash and recycling

All trash and recycling collected, taken out, and relined on every visit.

Disinfection and Electrostatic Spraying

For offices that need more than surface wiping, we offer electrostatic disinfectant spraying. The equipment charges the disinfectant so it wraps around surfaces and reaches spots a cloth misses, which makes it useful for high touch areas, shared equipment, and any office that wants a deeper level of disinfection on a regular schedule or after an illness moves through the staff.

This can be built into your regular cleaning program or scheduled as needed. Bring it up during the walkthrough and we will work out what makes sense for your space.

How Often Should an Office Be Cleaned?

It depends on how many people use the space and how the space gets used, not on square footage.

Offices with daily staff on site, client visits, or shared restrooms generally need nightly service, five days a week. Restrooms and break rooms are the driver here. Those two rooms will not hold up on a lighter schedule once you have people using them every day.

Smaller offices, hybrid teams that come in a few days a week, and low traffic professional suites often do fine on two or three visits a week.

Weekly or monthly service works for spaces with very light use, low headcount, or no public traffic, such as a small back office or a warehouse office.

If you are not sure which one you need, that is exactly what the walkthrough is for. We would rather put you on the right schedule than sell you more visits than your building needs.

What Kind of Offices We Clean

Any kind of office space. Single suite businesses, multi tenant office buildings, medical and professional offices, corporate offices, educational facilities, and warehouse offices.

What is consistent across all of them is that we clean commercial property only. We do not clean private homes.

If your building needs more than a cleaning crew, meaning a full recurring program covering multiple areas with inspections built in, that is our janitorial service. If you need someone on site during the business day rather than after hours, that is day porter service.

How Office Cleaning Pricing Works in Long Beach

Most cleaning companies will quote you over the phone using a rate per square foot. We do not, and here is why.

A 4,000 square foot medical office and a 4,000 square foot warehouse office are not the same job. One has exam rooms, strict surface requirements, and constant traffic. The other might have six people in it. Charging both the same rate means one of you is overpaying and the other is getting a crew that was never given enough hours to do the work properly.

So we start with a walkthrough. We come to your building, look at how the space is actually used, check the condition it is in, and ask what is not working about your current cleaning. From there we work out how long the job honestly takes and how often it needs to happen. That is what your price is built from.

You typically have your quote within about 24 hours of the walkthrough. The walkthrough itself is free, and there is no pressure after it.

What Happens When Something Gets Missed

You call us and we fix it. Usually that same day.

We are not a franchise routing your building through a national call center, so you are not explaining your floor plan to a stranger every time you have an issue. You are talking to people who have walked your property and know your crew.

Office managers tell us slow response was the reason they left their last cleaning company. It is the thing we are most careful about.
