Jazz It Up Services is a woman owned commercial cleaning company in Long Beach, California, founded in 2008 by Jasmine Perez. We clean offices, apartment buildings, and commercial properties throughout Long Beach, the South Bay, Los Angeles, and northern Orange County. We are insured and a certified small business in Long Beach.
Our slogan is We Mean Clean, and we have built the whole company around actually meaning it.
How This Company Started
Before Jasmine Perez started Jazz It Up Services, she spent more than ten years managing cleaning operations at airport terminals, including LAX and John Wayne.
If you have never worked in that world, here is what it means. An airport terminal never closes. There is no after hours, no slow season, no night when the building gets a break. Thousands of people move through it every day, and the space has to look presentable at four in the morning the same way it does at noon. The standards are written down, they get inspected, and there is no version of the job where you fall behind and catch up later.
Running cleaning at that scale teaches you things that most cleaning companies never have to learn. How to scope a job honestly so the crew can actually finish it. How to staff a shift so one call out does not sink the whole night. How to inspect work so problems get caught by you instead of by the client.
In 2008, Jasmine took those systems and built a company around them for businesses that are not airports but deserve the same consistency.

Every cleaning company in Southern California will tell you they pay attention to detail. Here is what we mean by it specifically.
We quote from a walkthrough, not a square footage calculator. Most companies will give you a number over the phone based on the size of your space. That number is a guess. We come out, look at how your building is actually used, see what condition it is in, and find out what is genuinely bothering you about your current cleaning. Then we build the scope and the price from what we saw. It takes longer up front and it means the price reflects the real job.
We answer the phone. When something goes wrong at your property, you are not opening a ticket with a national franchise call center. You are calling people who have stood in your building. Our clients tell us the response time is the reason they left their last cleaning company, and it is the reason they stay with us.
We stay in our service area on purpose. We could take work in San Diego or the Inland Empire. We do not, because being able to get to your property quickly is not a bonus feature, it is the service. If we cannot get to you fast, we cannot do the job the way we promise to do it.
Who We Are
Jazz It Up Services runs a crew of roughly 25 to 35 people, which is enough to cover buildings of real size and to keep a schedule even when someone is out, while staying small enough that Jasmine and her team still know the properties by name.
That size is a deliberate spot to sit. Big enough to take on a multi tenant building or an apartment community and actually staff it. Small enough that you are not a ticket number.

We work with commercial properties, not private homes.
Our clients are business owners and office managers who need their space handled on a schedule without having to manage it, and property managers running apartment communities who need common areas and daily coverage taken care of by someone reliable.
Over the years that has included office buildings, multi tenant commercial properties, apartment communities, medical and professional offices, educational facilities, warehouses, and recreational facilities. We have worked with national commercial real estate firms and well known institutions, and we have worked with single office businesses on a weekly schedule. Both matter to us.
